A lawyer and former journalist, Ritchenya has more than 15 years of experience in strategic communications, marketing and business development for law firms, professional services firms and other businesses.
Ritchenya has held in-house positions at three Amlaw 100 law firms; most recently, she served as the senior media relations professional for a top New York law firm, overseeing media outreach for the firm’s U.S. and European offices, including New York, Washington, Houston, London, Frankfurt and Paris.
For approximately eight years, Ritchenya ran her own marketing communications firm, developing media and marketing materials for law firms, technology consulting firms and other businesses. She served as a ghost writer for business leaders and executives and produced a wide variety of media and marketing communications content.
Earlier in her career, Ritchenya worked as a journalist, including as a reporter for the Philadelphia Bureau of the Associated Press and as a reporter and columnist for The National Law Journal. She has freelanced for the ABA Journal and other publications.
Ritchenya has extensive ties to legal and business media and has a track record of obtaining media opportunities for clients at top business publications, trade publications across numerous industries and TV. She has experience in crisis communications and media training.
Ritchenya earned a J.D. from the George Mason University School of Law and a B.A. in Communications from Brigham Young University. She resides in the Princeton area and travels regularly to New York.
